Sec. 197.105. - Roaming at night prohibited.

No riding academy shall allow any of its animals to roam or be driven upon any of the streets or other public places in the City between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. The animals shall be confined in suitable enclosures on private property between these hours.
