Sec. 20.109. - Definitions.

As used in Sections 20.107 and 20.108 , the term function embraces a duty, power, responsibility, authority or discretion vested in the Mayor or other officer concerned and the terms perform and performance may be construed to mean exercise. (Ord. 83-591-400, § 1)
