Sec. 200.101. - Definitions.

As used in this Chapter: (a) Consumer lender means a person doing business in the City under a license to engage in the small loan business or the discount consumer finance business under F.S. Ch. 516. (b) Pawnbroker means a person who lends money or other thing of value on the security of tangible personal property deposited and pledged in his keeping.
