Sec. 200.108. - Acquisition from minors.

No pawnbroker or consumer lender shall acquire as a deposit or pledge any property from any person under 18 years of age unless: (a) The person's disabilities of nonage have been removed according to law and the pawnbroker or consumer lender receives and files satisfactory evidence thereof. (b) The pawnbroker or consumer lender receives and files a written authorization from the person's parent or guardian, executed in the presence of and witnessed by the pawnbroker or consumer lender at his place of business at the time of the acquisition.
