Sec. 21.205. - Approval by General Counsel.

Before a reorganization plan is transmitted to the Council, it shall be examined by the General Counsel and approved by him as to form and legal sufficiency, which approval shall be noted on the plan. (Ord. 83-591-400, § 1)
