Sec. 21.404. - Contract execution.

Unless otherwise prohibited by law or the Code, City contracts may be transmitted and executed in electronic form, which may include without limitation the use of electronic and digital programs, applications, or signatures (e.g., DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat, etc.). (Ord. 2023-20-E , § 5)
