Sec. 220.402. - Maximum number of passengers.

It shall be unlawful for a for-hire driver to permit more passengers to occupy a vehicle for hire at one time than the number of passengers which the vehicle for hire was designed or designated by the manufacturer of the vehicle to carry. (Ord. 2019-183-E , § 2)
