Sec. 220.410. - Operation of for-hire business records.

A vehicle for hire shall maintain the following records: (a) Individual ride records for at least one year after the date on which each ride is provided; and (b) Individual records of vehicle for hire drivers for at least one year after the date on which the vehicle for hire driver's relationship with the vehicle for hire ends.
