Sec. 225.101. - Definitions.

In this Chapter: (a) Major Component means any motor, engine, frame, or transmission of a motor vehicle or motorcycle. (b) Motorcycle means any motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, but excluding a tractor or a moped. (c) Motor Vehicle means any self-propelled vehicle not operated upon rails or guideway, moped, and all terrain vehicle, but not including any motorized scooter, any bicycle or electric personal assistive mobility device. (d) Repair means any physical or mechanical repair to a motor vehicle or motorcycle. Repair shall not include replacement or repair of windshield wipers, repair of tires, replacement of fluids and light bulbs, or the washing or detailing of a vehicle or motorcycle.
