Sec. 225.103. - Reporting and inspection.

(a) All records made pursuant to Section 225.102 hereof shall be retained at the place of business for a period of one year from the date that the repairs and/or transactions are completed, and shall, upon request, be made available for inspection by any law enforcement officer of Duval County or of the State of Florida. (b) In the event a motor vehicle or motorcycle that is to be repaired, sold, traded, and/or purchased is determined to have no vehicle identification number, or an altered or removed vehicle identification number, the individual discovering that fact shall immediately notify the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Communications Center Dispatch Section.
