Sec. 225.104. - Penalties.

Any individual, business, partnership, or corporation failing to comply with any provision of this Section shall be guilty of a civil violation punishable by a civil penalty of up to $500 per violation. Second convictions of this Section within five years shall be punishable by civil penalties of $1,000 per violation. A third conviction of this Section within five years of the first conviction shall be punishable by a civil penalty of $5,000 per violation. (Ord. 2004-298-E, § 1)
