Sec. 23.102. - Office of Administrative Services Manager.

The Manager of the Office of Administrative Services is the head of the Office. The Manager shall have a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university and at least five years of progressively responsible executive-level experience in a business, corporation, or governmental body or other commensurate training and experience. The Manager shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. The Manager shall manage all operations of the Office of Administrative Services. (Ord. 2024-175-E , § 2)
