Sec. 23.701. - Establishment; functions.

There is created the Solid Waste Division. The Division shall be responsible for the planning, construction, administration and operation of all sanitation, solid waste management, and disposal activities and facilities of the Consolidated Government. (Ord. 2025-30-E , § 4)
