Sec. 24.02. - Division and division chiefs.

The work of each department shall be distributed among such divisions thereof as are established by this charter, or hereafter created by ordinance. Each division shall have a division chief who shall be the principal officer of the division and responsible for all its operations. Each division chief shall be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the council and shall serve at the pleasure of the mayor. (Ord. 2015-98-E, § 2)
