Sec. 24.201. - Establishment; functions.

There is created a Treasury Division. The Division shall be responsible for the custody, investment and disbursement of all funds belonging to the Consolidated Government, and for such other duties as are set forth in this Part. (Ord. 2006-1194-E, § 1; Ord. 2007-839-E, § 4)
