Sec. 24.401. - Establishment; functions.

There is created the Risk Management Division. The Division shall be responsible for employee safety programs, insurance and risk management functions as further defined in Chapter 128 , Ordinance Code. (Ord. 2006-1194-E, § 1; Ord. 2007-839-E, § 4)
