Sec. 250.1005. - Vending license agreement.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer to sell food, beverages, merchandise or services on the public sidewalks, streets or other City property in the Downtown Overlay Zone during a Special Event without first obtaining a license agreement therefore from the Chief as provided in this Part. (b) The Vending License Agreement between the City and the Downtown Special Event Vendor shall, at a minimum, include the revenue to be received from the City pursuant to the License Agreement, the location at which the vending unit is to be located, any conditions associated with the vendor's operation in addition to those set forth in Section 250.1007 , Ordinance Code, and the period of the license agreement.
