Sec. 250.1010. - Enforcement.

The requirements of this Part shall be enforcement by the Chief as follows: (a) By citation for civil penalties pursuant to the authority granted by F.S. Ch. 162, Part II, and Ch. 609, Ordinance Code, in the maximum amount of $500; and/or (b) By an action for injunctive relief, civil penalties, or both, through a court of competent jurisdiction.
