Sec. 250.102. - Administration of Chapter; rules.

Unless otherwise stated within this Chapter, responsibility for the administration of this Chapter is vested in the Department. The Director may make, amend and repeal rules, regulations and administrative orders to implement and enforce this Chapter. (Ord. 93-1761-1390, § 1)
