Sec. 250.1101. - Jurisdiction.

The provisions of Part 11 shall apply to the General Services District which consists of the territorial limits of Duval County, less Urban Services Districts 2, 3 and 4, which said area includes the entire City of Jacksonville, except the Cities of Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, and Atlantic Beach.
