Sec. 250.113. - Excessive noise prohibited.

It shall be unlawful and a class D offense for any person licensed or required to be licensed pursuant to this Chapter to use any sound amplifier, loud speaker, radio, or any similar instrument or device which can be heard for a distance greater than 50 feet while engaged in activities regulated by this Chapter. This prohibition shall not apply to street vendors. (Ord. 93-1761-1390, § 1)
