Sec. 250.1204. - Requirements to operate and locate in City Parks.

(a) Prior to locating or operating in City Parks for regular or re-occurring use, a Mobile Food Dispensing Vendor shall submit a response and application to a public notice for invitations to bid from the City of Jacksonville Procurement Department. (b) To operate and locate for special uses and during athletic events, the Mobile Food Dispensing Vendor shall apply to the City of Jacksonville Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department for a temporary vendor permit.
