Sec. 250.1208. - Violation and enforcement.

(a) It shall be unlawful and a class D offense against the City to sell, or offer for sale, any food or beverage, from a Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicle within the City of Jacksonville without first obtaining the required State license, and local permit therefor from the Tax Collector as provided in Part 1 of this Chapter. (b) In accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 609.104 , Ordinance Code, the Officer designated by the Director of the Neighborhoods Department shall enforce this Part by issuing a warning or citation to the owner or operator of the Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicle for a violation of this Part.
