Sec. 250.122. - Conflict.

Notwithstanding any reference in this Chapter to "beverage(s)," the provisions of this Chapter shall not be deemed to supersede or conflict with any law, rule or regulation pertaining to the requirements to obtain a permit to sell or distribute alcoholic beverages as may be required by law.
