Sec. 250.201. - Auctioned property labeled.

There shall be affixed to all property sold or offered for sale by an auctioneer a label containing, in the English language, a description of the property and the minimum sale price. The label shall be read aloud to the prospective purchaser before the property is offered for sale and shall remain on the article and be delivered to the purchaser as a representation of the property sold.
