Sec. 250.202. - Minimum sale price constitutes offer to sell.

The minimum stated sale price shall constitute the auctioneer's offer to accept any bid of that amount not raised by another bidder and to sell the article at any final bid equal to or exceeding it. (Ord. 93-1761-1390, § 1)
