Sec. 250.203. - By-bidders, cappers and boosters prohibited.

No person shall: (a) Act, or employ another to act, as a by-bidder, capper or booster at any auction sale. (b) Make or accept any false or misleading bid. (c) Pretend to buy or to sell any property sold or offered for sale at any auction. (Ord. 93-1761-1390, § 1)
