Sec. 250.303. - Litter.

The vendor is responsible for all litter and trash within 15 feet of the vendor's cart, display devices or accessory containers at any time the vendor is selling or offering to sell any merchandise or service. By accepting a permit pursuant to this Part, the vendor agrees that the vendor will pick up any litter or trash within the distances set forth herein whether or not caused by the vendor or any customer.
