Sec. 250.304. - Insurance.

Each sidewalk vendor shall obtain a general liability insurance policy in the amount of $200,000 with the City as an additional named insured, and shall present acceptable proof of such insurance to the appropriate permitting agency before any vending activity begins. (Ord. 93-1761-1390, § 1)
