Sec. 250.306. - Permit required.

It shall be unlawful and a class C offense against the City to distribute or offer to distribute, or sell, or offer for sale, any food, beverage, merchandise or services on any sidewalk within the City of Jacksonville without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Tax Collector as provided in Part 1 of this Chapter.
