Sec. 250.401. - Additional permit requirements.

In addition to the requirements of Part 1, a transient merchant who does not have a permanent local address shall deposit with the Tax Collector the sum of $1,000 and shall execute the permit application under oath and disclose the names and residences of all persons financially interested in the business. A transient merchant permit shall be issued to only one person and shall not be transferable. (Ord. 93-1761-1390, § 1)
