Sec. 250.402. - Interstate commerce not regulated.

The provisions of this Part shall not apply to any sale, act or thing, the regulation or licensing of which would constitute a violation of the interstate commerce clause of the United States Constitution. (Ord. 93-1761-1390, § 1)
