Sec. 250.405. - Site and signage restrictions.

(a) Transient merchants shall not display any merchandise or place or put any object related to the transient merchant's business within: (1) Ten feet of any right-of-way; (2) Within 25 feet of any intersection of two right-of-way lines; (3) Within ten feet of any fire hydrant; (4) Within any area which would block the view of traffic or traffic signals or traffic signs. (b) Transient merchants shall not erect any sign on the location of the merchant's business to advertise such business. (Ord. 93-1761-1390, § 1)
