Sec. 250.512. - Permit required.

No person, either alone or jointly, or any entity of any nature, shall conduct any open air sales without first obtaining a permit from and paying applicable fees to the Tax Collector and Occupational License department. (Ord. No. 2004-421-E, § 4)
