Sec. 250.517 - Types of permits, fees and charges.

The open air market individual vending booths shall be required to pay an annual market set-up fee as found in www.coj.net/fees . This fee covers all vendors, person or entities operating in the open air market. The open air market operator shall be responsible for all fees required under Chapter 770 and 772. (Ord.
