Sec. 250.601. - Street vendor.

(a) A street vendor is a person who sells or offers for sale any merchandise from inventory stored or located on a vehicle authorized by law to travel on a public street. (b) No person shall engage in the business of street vending without first obtaining a permit pursuant to this Part. (Ord. 93-1761-1390, § 1)
