Sec. 250.603. - Prohibitions.

It shall be unlawful for any such vendor to: (a) Exceed a speed of 12 miles an hour when driving on two-lane, two-way streets seeking sales or when attempting to make a sale; (b) Stop anywhere within 25 feet of an intersection when making a sale or attempting to make a sale; (c) Double park, or park in any manner contrary to any ordinance or statute relating to parking when attempting a sale or when making a sale; (d) Make a U-turn on any block; (e) Drive the vehicle backwards to make or attempt any sale; (f) Sell to any person who is standing in the street; (g) Permit any person to hang on the vehicle or permit any person to ride in or on the vehicle except a bona fide assistant or assistants; (h) Remain standing or stopped on any public right-of-way for a period of time exceeding 30 minutes unless the vendor is not selling or attempting to sell and is not displaying any merchandise.
