Sec. 250.702. - Permit required.

(a) Every person desiring to engage in residential soliciting as a commercial or professional solicitor is hereby required to make written application for a permit provided in Section 250.103 . Such permit shall be carried by the solicitor. (b) Every person desiring to engage in residential peddling is hereby required to make written application for a permit provided in Section 250.103 . Such permit shall be carried by the peddler. (Ord. 93-1761-1390, § 1)
