Sec. 250.803. - Permit fee.

The annual permit fee for operating a downtown sidewalk cafe or bar shall be as found in www.coj.net/fees , with this fee to become effective as of the date this Part becomes law. The permit fee shall be collected by the Tax Collector and shall be deposited into the revenue account of the DIA to cover the DIA's costs of administering this Part 8.
