Sec. 250.913. - Administration of Part; rules.

Unless otherwise stated within this Part, responsibility for the administration of this Chapter is vested in the Planning and Development Department. The Director of the Planning and Development Department may make, amend and repeal rules, regulations and administrative orders to implement and enforce this Part. (Ord. 2011-727-E, § 1)
