Sec. 260.202. - Grounds for denial of a license.

The Chief shall deny a license under this Chapter whenever it is found that the applicant or its principals or officers: (a) Are under 18 years of age; or (b) Have been convicted of a violation of this Chapter or any similar ordinance or had a license revoked under this Chapter or any similar ordinance.
