Sec. 260.203. - Bond requirement.

Each transporter shall have and maintain a $25,000 performance bond payable to the City in the event that the transporter violates any of the provisions of this Chapter. Such performance bond shall be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Florida. (Ord. 87-1527-829, § 1; Ord. 89-1301-649, § 2)
