Sec. 28.406. - Penalties for violations.

A person who fails or refuses to observe the provisions of a rule made by the Division Chief concerning conduct or order shall be guilty of a class C offense. A participant in an event or contest who fails or refuses to observe the rules made by the Division Chief for the conduct thereof shall be subject to the penalties stated in the rules. For the purpose of this Part, participant includes individuals, teams, coaches, managers, assistants or sponsoring organizations. (Ord. 2007-839-E, § 7; Ord. 2011-732-E, § 16)
