Sec. 28.702. - Exclusions.

Sovereign submerged lands, navigable waters and public trust beaches of the state are excluded from this Chapter except where specific legislative powers, governmental regulations, or permits have been granted to the City of Jacksonville by the legislature. (Ord. 2007-839-E, § 7)
