Sec. 28.711. - Fireworks prohibited.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person, other than authorized personnel, to possess, sell, ignite, or discharge any fireworks within any park, beach, dock, marina, or other recreational facility. (b) The minimum fine for violation of this Section while a fire ban is in effect shall be $500. (Ord. 2007-839-E, § 7)
