Sec. 28.717. - Abandoning animals prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to abandon in any park, beach, dock, marina or other recreational facility any fish, water fowl, birds, reptiles or any animals whatsoever. (Ord. 2007-839-E, § 7)
