Sec. 3.104. - Records for public inspection and copying.

The Council Secretary shall maintain, for the use of the public, a series of books containing slip copies of the ordinances enacted and resolutions adopted by the Council, one series for ordinances and one series for resolutions. Each series may be kept in one or more counterparts, as the Council Secretary determines for the business of his office, and shall be accessible to the public. (Ord. 83-591-400, § 1)
