Sec. 30.103. - Definitions.

In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: City means the City of Jacksonville, excluding the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Urban Services Districts, except as to County planning functions. General location means area or neighborhood to be served, but not site specific. Long-range plans means plans which define needs from five years to ten years. Resiliency Strategy means the plan developed by the City for creating the projects, programs, funding, management, and implementation goals for a resilient Jacksonville. Short-range plans mean plans, which define needs for three to five years.
