Sec. 30.106. - Savings provisions.

Orders, determinations, recommendations, rules and regulations which were made by the Jacksonville Area Planning Board before October 1, 1980 and which are in effect on October 1, 1980 shall continue in effect according to their terms until modified, terminated, superseded, set aside or revoked in accordance with law, by their terms or by operation of law. The Department, the Planning Commission or the Director, as appropriate, shall be substituted for the Planning Board in these orders, determinations, recommendations, rules and regulations and shall have full power in connection therewith.
