Sec. 30.301. - Establishment; responsibilities.

There is established within the Department a Current Planning Division, which shall be responsible for: (a) The preparation, evaluation and review of zoning applications, certifications, administrative deviations, variances, waivers and exceptions, and amendments and modifications thereto, as required by Chapter 656 ; (b) Preparing, maintaining and updating the zoning atlas; (c) Site plan reviews; (d) Cell tower reviews; (e) Staffing to the Planning Commission, Land Use and Zoning Committee of the City Council, the Cell Tower Review Committee and other committees or task forces as assigned; and (f) Any other duties as assigned by the Director.
